Australia Post Parcel Post

For Australian orders under $100, regular parcel post delivery is $10.
For Australian orders over $100, regular parcel post delivery is free of charge.

Allow at least 3-7+ Business days for delivery

Australia Post Express Post -

For Australian orders under $100, express delivery is $15.
For Australian orders over $100, express delivery is $5.

Allow 2-3 days delivery for destinations within the Express Post Network.

Allow 3-5 business days to WA and NT 

International

Please be aware that International delivery time have been slowed dramatically since Covid 19. At present parcels are taking anywhere from 2 week to 4 weeks to reach international destinations via both International standard and International Express.

International Standard - estimated 12+ business days

International Express - estimated 6-12 business days

Returns

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an unopened product here's what you do.

1. Email us at info@novoceuticals.com advising us of the product you wish to return.
2. Post the item back to us within 30 days of ordering it (you will need to cover the shipping costs).
3. We’ll process your refund when we receive the item and email you to let you know. 
4. We do not accept returns from overseas locations.
